Sorry I've been away for so long!
One thing I have taking off & on (more on than off) is Peuriara Mirfica. Originally starrted taking for enhancement but found it works well to combat the perimenopausal symptoms. Skip forward TO THE PRESENT! I continued to take the PM until November 1st 2019. At this time I stopped taking the PM and started MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method (see the Breast Nexus Site). And I also started circular massage with FSO 2x per day, however I decided to massage in the opposite direction as I had in the past as I never had results with massage so I figured what do I have to lose?! (This time I would go up the middle and down the outside) I started having mild headaches in the 1st few days but I was about to start my cycle on November 4th and it is common for me to get headaches with my cycle. The headaches continued until my cycle was over on the 8th then they were gone. On November 3rd I started feeling something “weird” going on in my right (bigger) breast, like a had a sore nipple and I thought maybe it was a reaction to the FSO, but continued to massage anyway. In the next few days I also started to feel something different in the rest of my right breast as well as my smaller left. It was a strange feeling (like others have said), but the best I can describe it is like when your milk starts coming in when pregnant, or when you start leaking/become engorged but not as strong. I also found what I thought was a sore nipple turned out to be a small tender spot behind the nipple (like the bud when your in puberty!). These feelings come and go and I don’t have them every day. I’m not sure if it is the Flax, the milk & soy, or the massage but it really feels hopeful to actually feel something for a change!!! I do have some digestion issues from either the Milk or the Soy but I am going to give this a full 30 day trial, if I continue to have issues and have found this is working for me I may try switching to Almond Milk to see if it helps. Also, I was using the Bobs Red Mill Soy because that was the only thing local grocers carry but I have some of the Kinako (toasted soy flour) ordered from Amazon and it should arrive today. I apologize upfront because I am not real good about follow up but I will try to keep this updated this time around!

Sorry I've been away for so long!
Just wanted to let you all know I'm still at it, but sometimes life just gets too messy and we have to focus on whats important in the different seasons of our life. I've just passed through a season of winter that lasted over 2 years, however the air is clearing and things are starting to come alive again for me. I had to put all program work on hold for a while, although I was still trying a few different things with nutrition and massage I was not able to document any of it. It was a regimen that consisted of approximately 2000 mg of Pueraria Mirifica (PM) daily and massage also with PM when I could. I also did some Noogling but nothing consistent enough to produce results. Current Stats; weight 135 UB 31 Bust 35.5 Well, the way things are going I'm not going to change a thing!!!
So glad I have been documenting this, I never would have believed it myself! Hoping this is not just some fluke and it is really is true growth and not just some water fluxuation or something, although I have never had that so I'm hopefule it is the real deal!!! Current Stats; weight 135 UB 31 Bust 36.75 Well, I am so excited,... I almost cant believe the success I have had in such a short time!
Just had to pop in and post a status update! Current Stats; weight 135 UB 31 Bust 36.5 Well, starting to feel a little firmness settling in, that's a great sign! Getting me a bit excited and looking forward to boosting it a bit with small doses of "noogling" (tissue expansion) Tried this in the past and loved the firm heavy feeling it provided for several hours after the session. Over time this result is suposed to last a little longer and longer until it becomes permanent and considered "growth"!
So for now I'm just going to do short sessions of about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week and see how it goes. I'm using a Coconut, Ginger, and Clove Oil Blend for my noogling sessions to help with the suction. This time around I'm going slow and scaling back on everything so I don't put my body back into some sort of shock and stalt any progress. Speaking of progress, here are my current stats; Current Stats; weight 135 UB 31 Bust 35.5 So, gave the last trial about 4 weeks which I know isn't very long but not seeing any results on the tape, not feeling any tangles or such, and the fact that my BF really can't stand the smell, I felt it was time to switch it up.
So I will be testing out a new blend of EPO (Evening Primrose OIl), Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Fennel, Gotu Kola, and Copiba Balsam. Along with the massage oil the only supplements I am taking at this time are the following; EPO 3000 mg 2x per day Gotu Kola 1350 mg 2x per day Turmeric/Curcumin 500mg 2x per day Current Stats; weight 135 UB 31 Bust 35.5 6000mg EPO Daily (2000 3x/day)
What I learned (from one of my fav resources "Grow Breast Naturally"); Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is supplement that promotes healthy breast tissue and some believe it can help with breast growth. EPO has a high concentration of gamma-linoleic acid (GLA) which helps to balance hormones as well as improve circulation all of which are beneficial to NBE. Many NBE’ers take EPO as part of their NBE routine or use EPO as a base for their breast massage cream/boobie batter. While EPO is generally added to boost a NBE routine, some women have reported positive effects on their breasts while taking EPO by itself. Do a search on Evening Primrose Oil + Breast Enhancement and you will find a number of women who experienced breast firmness and/or growth as a result of taking EPO for an unrelated issue (ie acne). EPO not only has the benefit of potential breast growth but it also has a number of other benefits including:
When taking GLA, be sure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Nature’s Day recommends 2-3 pills per day so about 2600-3900mg per day. Evening Primrose Oil is generally well tolerated but some people might experience an upset stomach, nausea, or headaches. This is generally caused by taking too much. If taking a lesser dosage doesn’t help, you may want to find another source of GLA like borage oil. So I have found something I want to try it's called Gotu Kola. I have known about it for a long time in regards to mental clarity and nutrition but this was the first I had read about how useful it is in nourishing and strengthening the skin aiding in the tone and resolving issues such as cellulite, (I will add what I learned below).
So being the spontaneous person I am I wanted to run out and pick up a bottle to try right away,... much to my dismay I found Gotu Kola essential oil is not a common commodity, it is in fact rather rare and hard to find. I did however find a local herb shop that carries the cut leaf in bulk so I'm doing the next best thing with is to try to make my own infusion! This is what I'm doing; Using a 32oz mason jar fill it 2/3 full of the cut herb Fill the jar almost up to the top with organic virgin liquid coconut oil (this is my go-to carrier oil, you can try almond, grapeseed, or something else that is light and easily absorbed) Cap tightly and set in a window sill Shake to mix every 2-3 days After about 3-4 weeks capture the oil pouring through a fine colander to catch the herb (I am going to try using the herb for a wrap or a face pack, or something like that. No sense letting it go to waste! I intend to use this infusion as a carrier oil for a firming type blend! What I learned; Gotu Kola (aka pennywort) is used to treat venereal diseases, skin impurities, rheumatism, high blood pressure, hepatitis, varicose veins, skin ulcers, minor burns, fatigue and stress. Fresh leaves have been known to be used in treating dysentery, asthma, stomach disorders and bronchitis. Juice extracted from the leaves is highly beneficial in promoting the purification of the blood. It helps improve circulation and the rebuilding of connective tissue, assisting in the prevention of premature ageing. Gotu Kola can be used for eczema and other skin-related ailments, including skin ulcers. It is also able to lower blood sugar levels. Gotu Kola contains a number of minerals and vitamins, among them Vitamin K, calcium, sodium, Vitamin B-Complex, magnesium, zinc and manganese. It is also able to help protect the body from toxins. This herb is also able to greatly benefit the central nervous system, making it effective in the treatment of ADD, senility, epilepsy, strokes and nervous system disorders. Those suffering from leg cramps and phlebitis can benefit from using this herb. It is also effective in reducing fevers. This herb works by averting a disorderly manner of the absorption of nutrition and corrects this process through an improved progression of digestion of nutrients. Pennywort has properties of being antibacterial, anti-viral, and anti- inflammatory. It contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B6 as well as the minerals, calcium, magnesium, sodium, manganese, and zinc. The benefits of Gotu Kola tea are numerous and many people use this tea as a health tonic. Maintaining youth and the treatment of arthritis are its most popular use. It is recongized as a longivity herb because of its ability to help rebuild connective tissue, which in turn, can slow the aging process. Plus, it has been commended as a great antidote for improving memory and, therefore, considered food for the brain. Studies have indicated by consuming 2-4 raw Gotu Kola leaves a day may help sharpen alertness and memory and rejuvenate the brain. There is important research being conducted to observe the effects this herb can have on those suffering with Alzheimer’s disease. The central nervous system can receive amazing benefits with the consumption of Gotu Kola. This herb works well in relaxing the mind and can assist in certain nervous disorders, senility, strokes, ADD, and epilepsy. It can be utilized as a nerve tonic when coping with mental stress and fatigue and encourage sleep due to a nervous condition. Gotu Kola can help protect our immune system from toxins. High blood pressure, congestive heart failure, venereal diseases and urinary tract infections are a few of a range of illnesses that can be treated with this remarkable herb. Because of its antibiotic properties, it has the capability to speed up the healing process of wounds. Futhermore, Gotu Kola can improve blood flow while also reinforcing veins and capillaries, making them stronger. Studies have shown it to be beneficial in healing and preventing phlebitis, leg cramps, and blood clots as well as decrease the appearance of varicose veins. It is effective in bringing down fever and treating dysentery in children, which is a servere form of diarrhea. Gotu Kola has also proved to cleanse and purify the blood stream and can remedy certain skin conditions such as eczema, chronic ulcers, sores, and scleroderma, which is a condition that hardens the skin. A powder can be made from the leaves of this plant and applied to the eruptions on the skin. This is my favorite mix to target firming and stretchmarks on my belly and thigh skin as well as help diminish the cellulite on my bum & legs. Absorbs real well, a little goes a long way!
Here's my base recipe; 60 Drops Each; Frankencense Myrrh Grapefruit Cypress in 3oz Coconut Oil Ok, for I had fun with the Gotu Kola Infusion, and it looks so nice sitting on the sill in the sun I just had to try a few more!
This time I'm playing with some organic dried and cut Parsley and Clove herbs I picked up from the local market. I'm going to do the same procedure as I did with the Gotu Kola; Take a jar, fill it 2/3 with cut herb. Fill almost to the top with my carrier oil (my choice is liquid Organic Coconut Oil) Sit in in a sunny sill for about 3-4 weeks shaking to mix once about every 2-3 days. This is what I learned; PARSLEY Parsley is so good for way to many things to list them all so I just ask you to Google it for your self! But, I will highlight a few reasons I am using it... Parsley is high in vitamin C, vitamin K, a good source for vitamin B and potassium, folic acid, iron, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, and chlorophyll. Responsible for photosynthesis, chlorophyll is essentially the life-blood of plants, similar to our own hemoglobin and is what gives plants their green color. In humans, chlorophyll has the action of breaking down carbon dioxide and releasing free oxygen in the body, helping to inhibit harmful bacteria and toxins. Natural, plant-based chlorophyll can support healing, oxygenation of the body, building healthy blood, cleansing the blood and detoxing. The high amount of Vitamin C in parsley nourishes the skin from within to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. Parsley stimulates the production of collagen in the skin and promotes cell reproduction and repair. This leads to faster growth of new skin which results in blemish-free, even and smooth skin.Crushed parsley, applied topically, is a simple remedy for skin discoloration and puffiness, that you can easily make and use at home. There are several nutrients in parsley, such as vitamin C, chlorophyll, vitamin K and various volatile oils, that are suggested to be responsible for its skin lightening and puffiness reducing qualities. With a towel over your pillow, place a moist but not dripping parsley infused rag over the skin under your eyes (but not on the eyes themselves) for at least 10 minutes. This is a simple way to use parsley for dark circles under the eyes and getting rid of eye bag puffiness and discoloration. CLOVE The active component of cloves is eugenol oil. This oil makes up 60-90% of each clove and has long been thought to kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. This oil also acts as an antiseptic, anesthetic, digestive stimulant expectorant, aromatic, antispasmodic, astringent and accounts for its various uses. The predominant chemical constituents found in all three types of clove oils are eugenol, eugenyl acetate, and caryophyllene. However, these three types all vary in their eugenol content. For instance, clove leaf oil contains very low levels of eugenol, compared to clove bud oil. Oil derived from the clove stem contains the highest amount of the compound, which makes it unsuitable for external applications. Clove is rich in minerals such as calcium, hydrochloric acid, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and vitamin A and vitamin C. Many people have suggested that clove oil is extremely beneficial in increasing breast size in a quick and effective manner as it increases the circulation of blood bringing more nutrients and better absorption into the breast tissues. This oil works best when mixed with the extracts of ginger which can be found in any naturopath’s store. Use more of ginger extracts and less of the oil. You will see that your breasts have started growing in just 8 to 10 weeks. An aid for skin disorders, When applied topically, clove buds can help address skin problems like warts, acne, sagging skin, and wrinkles. The effects are best achieved when the oil is used in liquid form and spread on a clean, dry skin. You will find it in many products for lessening the effects of aging, like wrinkles, sagging skin, and facial rejuvenation for the eyes because of its rejuvenating and stimulating properties, which can increase blood flow to unhealthy skin.
